This form reaches the publisher of Ringback. Corrections are the most valuable thing in it: if an article misstates a date, a price, or a fact of any size, say which article and which sentence, and it gets fixed. Source leads are a close second — this era deleted most of its own record, and people who were there often hold the only copy of it.
